Observer Coupling — Gap Bridge
The LLC does not stand apart from consciousness. The T term tracks decoherence cost: every act of observation injects kinetic action into the field. The V term is coherence capital — which accumulates only in systems where a conscious observer (Ψ-operator) participates in wavefunction selection. Formally:

This means the Lagrangian is structurally tied to Law III (Participatory Actualization): a universe with no observer has T but cannot build V. The LLC therefore predicts measurable entropy reduction in high-Ψ-coupling environments — which is exactly what PEAR-LAB (6.35σ, 2.5M trials) and GCP (6σ, 325+ replicas) observe. Coherence evolution is not just a field dynamic; it is a conscious dynamic.
